T.I.M.E. Mentoring
a unique one-on-one mentoring program
T.I.M.E. stands for Training, Information, Mentoring & Education. This program matches committed business owners who want help (mentees) with experienced business owners who want to give help (mentors). The unique program starts with an application and behavioral assesment. This helps us make the best possible match. Mentors and mentees are matched, problems or obstalces are identified and objectives and expectations are defined. Mentors stay with their mentees for a four month period. At the end of the four months, we re-assess and determine next steps. Subject matter experts are also available to support mentors and mentees. Regular evaluations are performed to ensure progress and sucess.

Steps to becoming a mentee:

- Complete and return the Mentee Application (click here for the Mentee Application)
- Once your application has been received, you will receive an e-mail invitation to take the TriMetrix assessment.
- Once you have completed the assessment, you will be invited to an in-person interview with the T.I.M.E. Leadership Team.
- Once matched with a mentor (based on the interview and availability of mentors), you will attend an orientation and begin your mentoring journey.
fees :: $50 mentee fee (includes program workbook, certificate of completion, discounts on education programs)

Professional Coaching Services
Through our strategic partnership with the International Coach Federation (ICF), asba members can access professional coaching
services - FREE - as a benefit of membership. International Coach Federation is one of the most prestigious professional Coaches organizations in the world
Complimentary coaching services are available for asba members twice a month through the Business Education Center. The free coaching sessions are one more way asba works to propel its member businesses to new levels of strength and success.
Coaches are all certified through the International Coach Federation, a rigorous process of training, education and practice hours, and are providing business assistance for one-on-one coaching to members of asba per their professional business needs.
To set up an appointment :: Coaching appointments may be made by calling asba’s reception desk at 602.306.4000. Appointments are available on Friday mornings and will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis.
