Workers' Compensation

SCF Arizona wants to reward its policyholders for maintaining safe working environments!

In a special program designed by SCF Arizona, enrolled members of the Arizona Small Business Association may earn a bonus dividend in addition to their individual dividends based on the safety success of asba’s group (the earned bonus dividend is calculated on the total premiums and losses of all participating asba members).  While dividends cannot be guaranteed, SCF Arizona has paid them every year since 1969.

Health Insurance

Through our ongoing partnership with CIGNA, asba is pleased to offer you and your employees the opportunity to participate in our Member Benefits Program.

Open Enrollment is from November 1 through December 4, 2009 for an effective date of January 1, 2010. If benefits are not chosen at this time, you will not be eligible to enroll until the next open enrollment period in November of 2010, for an effective date of January 1st, 2011.

Member Insurance Benefits

• Open to all businesses in the state of Arizona who are members of asba (Annual membership $150).
• New member companies are eligible the first of the month folowing 90 days of asba membership.
• Open Enrollment - All members may enroll in the plan in November for an effective date of January 1, 2010.
• Group size is unlimited and is open to groups as small as one.
• Guarantee issue no medical questions asked and there is no "go bare" period requirement prior to joining.

• The HSA (Health Savings Account) qualified High Deductible Health Plan is offered statewide and uses the Open Access Plus network, which is a nationwide network.
