Overview

asba offers Big Business Healthcare for any size company. Participating in this program provides you and your employees with access to medical, dental, vision and life insurance.

Member insurance benefits:

  • Open to all businesses in the state of Arizona who are members of asba (Annual membership $150).
  • New member companies are eligible the first of the month following 90 days of asba membership.
  • Open Enrollment - All members may enroll in the plan in November and December for an effective date of January 1.
  • Group size is unlimited and is open to groups as small as one.
  • Guarantee issue no medical questions asked and there is no "go bare" period requirement prior to joining.
  • The HSA (Health Savings Account) qualified High Deductible Health Plan is offered statewide and uses the Open Access Plus network, which is a nationwide network.

Through our ongoing partnership with CIGNA, asba is pleased to offer you and your employees the opportunity to participate in our Member Benefits Program.

Open Enrollment is November 1 through December, annually. If benefits are not chosen at this time, you will not be eligible to enroll until the next open enrollment period in November, for an effective date of January 1 of the following year.

Three medical benefit plans are available through CIGNA, January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.
