Summer School: Process Performance - Build Your Business Systemically
Do you want to work on your business, instead of in your business? Have you been spending too much time managing your business? Successful entrepreneurs transform their "business" through active participation into a "company" that can make money even when the entrepreneur is away. The entrepreneur can then focus on new markets, new products or new businesses. Participants will apply “value stream mapping” to identify process improvement opportunities and write project plans to streamline processes.
Spend your valuable time this summer learning how to build your business systemically with Phillip Blackerby. Phillip is a business consultant. He helps non-manufacturing businesses implement “lean manufacturing” practices to improve productivity and profitability. He also facilitates the FastTrac® business planning training programs for entrepreneurs.
