Successful sales people need to be focused on both their short term and long term sales opportunities. Being busy today, doesn't guarantee how busy you'll be tomorrow. The need to understand and create an active sales funnel is critical to the success of a sales person. You and your team will get tips that you can start using immediately, learn ways to identify and cultivate sales opportunities, and building an effective prospect/project pipeline to maximize these sales throughout the year. This workshop will also include group networking.

His specialty is helping his clients increase their sales results. Mike just authored his first book "Sales Tips in Under 140 Characters", and has been coaching business owners and sales professionals since he launched his business in 2002.
