In this session, Dr. Goldvarg will share some strategies to effectively tackle these challenges and opportunities applying the ICF Core Competencies.
Dr. Damian Goldvarg, has worked as executive coach, facilitator, and consultant for the last twenty years in over fifty countries in all continents and coaches managers from United Nation agencies. He is a VP of ICF.

Diane Brennan, MBA, MCC, Past President of ICF Global. To advise or not to advise - What's the question? The mention of advice giving creates interesting conversations and strong emotions across the coaching community. Some for and others against. Does advice fit into the coaching equation? How do you manage the client asking, "What do you think?” Be prepared to participate in a lively experience considering advice, its meaning and its implications.
She works with leaders in organizations within aerospace, engineering, science, technology and healthcare to expand thinking, navigate change and create a learning culture. Diane is the author of several books.
