Meet the Coach, Issues Then Answers

A looming issue is gender pay disparity. How do you handle it?

Also, Let's continue our discussion today is around metrics.

A key component to a business and marketing plan is deciding what to measure. The frenzy around metrics is best cited through social media. Anyone who follows these contact and marketing elements knows how quickly benchmarks change. For example, PPC (pay per click), click throughs were early success markers. Once again the goal posts have moved.

Measurement for itself is not enough. How the findings are analyzed and implemented make the difference. A positive slant is measurement to advance. Measure progress rather than disconnected tasks.

How well do you measure your plan's adherence to values? This is especially important for non-profit organizations.

How can you assess what you and your company reward? Consider behavior and communication styles.

Assess how well you train people engaged with your organization—outside vendors, contractors, clients.

Coaches Bio:

Former U.S.O. entertainer turned certified business coach and national public speaker, Michelle Cubas serves her audiences by "showing up." She is a visionary entrepreneur and founded Positive Potentials LLC in 1982 to support other small business owners and corporate managers.

Her proven methods and reliability are hallmarks within the coaching practice serving clients globally. Michelle’s extensive expertise brings a real-world, real-time perspective, operations and know-how applications system to transform clients' companies from mediocre to masterful. In the process, clients are personally transformed as well.

Slippery contemporary business issues like the "Workplace Currency™” and "The Broken Social Contract™,” are titles of her proprietary works and speaking topics. Michelle can finesse the multi-generational and multi-cultural elements that challenge managers, untrained to face these issues. They must view their team members differently than a decade ago. Gone are the command and control positions and office tyrants. Collaboration replaces fear and dogmatism because it nurtures innovation and optimum working environments required to ride the crest of today’s multi-faceted business conditions.

From organizational development, corporate culture management, ghostwriting, executive speech writing and platform development to authoring books and presenting keynotes and seminars on her timely topics, Michelle uses her ingenuity and creativity to craft a master work for you and your company.
