Small Business Tax Seminar

These two-part tax seminars are designed to address tax requirements for new businesses and existing businesses.

Part one of the tax seminar is for new or existing businesses or if you are thinking about starting a business. Items covered include standard business methods and recordkeeping; the home office deduction; electronically filing business forms and tax returns; electronically paying business taxes and more.

Part two of the tax seminar is for small businesses that have employees or plan to have employees. Items covered include hiring employees; an overview of payroll taxes including federal unemployment tax; retirement/pension plans; and electronic depositing and filing of payroll taxes.
