To understand and define personality types based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®. Program emphasis will be on exploring individual preferences while valuing the differences of others. Participants will increase personal awareness and gain important insights on how to communicate and work more effectively with others. The MBTI® is useful for working with conflict and communication issues, as well as enhancing leadership and group problem solving skills, and is applicable to a teambuilding process.

Note: This class requires pre-work which will be sent directly to the participant prior to the seminar. It is suggested that individuals register at least 2 weeks prior to the class.
