Choosing the right business entity could not only save you a ton of money, but it might be the most important business decision you make! You may be surprised to learn that what is “common” is NOT the best type for everyone.

LLC, S-Corporation, Sole Proprietor, Partnership…oh my! Your attorney says one thing, your accountant says something else, and your colleagues have something completely different going on. With so MANY business entities to choose from, which is best? Do you even need one?
