For the past 6 years, we have helped hundreds of families through our life skills training programs and in-home care services. Our Home Care specialists offer 24 /7 care and assistance and our facility provides a 40 hour weekly adult training program and 20 hour weekly children’s training program afterschool and during the summer months.
The high level of skilled services provided through DEC, improves the overall quality of life for individuals and their families, by increasing the independence and socialization of clients served and providing relief from the daily responsibility of caring for a developmentally challenged child or adult. Through our strong commitment to advocacy, DEC families have a team of dedicated professionals helping them navigate the many challenging state and local agencies.
