This enables my client to make the most informed buying decision possible. I am their trusted adviser in the financing of their real estate.
I maintain clear, concise, and open lines of communication at all times. I provide my clients with a minimum of fourteen status updates throughout the loan process so they're always up to date on the standing of their loan application.
I take full responsibility for my client's satisfaction with their mortgage experience. Using a consultative approach, I customize each home loan program to help my clients achieve their overall financial goals. Many loan officers can originate a loan; my mission is to get the right loan for every client.
The Real Estate Agent I equip real estate professionals with the most current mortgage information available and I provide excellent support service with over twenty-three different updates on their client's loan process. I earn the trust of my clients by furnishing uncompromising service and by conducting my own underwriting review of the borrower's loan file at the time of loan origination. My goal is to provide a smooth and problem free loan process.
I re-enforce the borrower's decision to work with the agent by providing prompt and professional service. I use my sales and marketing skills to assist them in building their contact base to increase their number of closings.
