An Arizona tradition, this Historic restaurant has been serving up great food in plentiful quantities since 1961. Located at the base of the beautiful Superstition Mountains in Apache Junction, The Mining Camp restaurant serves “all you can eat dinner” from heaping platters of golden brown roast chicken with stuffing, oven baked ham and world famous BBQ ribs along with homemade bread, oven hot baked beans and coleslaw. Coffee, tea and lemonade are served with the meal in large pitchers. The meal is complete with the old mining camp prospector cookies. Loosen your belt and bring your appetite for this unique dining experience. Open Seasonally Early Oct to Late May from 11:00am to 8pm Mon-Sundays. Seating time for shows so call for reservations. In addition to the Mining Camp’s famous all you can eat family style dinners, the restaurant now offers table and booth seating in the new “Dutchman’s Hide Out” featuring rustic wood planked walls and brushed copper tabletops in cozy booths along with a private seating area in the “Hide Out”. Diners will be able to choose from a menu specializing in Mesquite grilled Certified Angus Prime rib of Beef, steaks and seafood, and many other great menu items, along with beer and wine. The new Dutchman’s Hide Out is open serving lunch and dinner, 11am to 8pm daily.
