Scottsdale, AZ (July 15, 2013) – Always This Good, a new program created to support today’s entrepreneurs, will present a day-long conference, "Generation E: The New Entrepreneur,” on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Kerr Cultural Center located at 6110 N. Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale, AZ.

Today’s entrepreneur faces unique challenges that did not exist only a few years ago, including a 24-hour workday, mobile workplace, and an increased desire to feel fulfilled. The day-long event will feature several speakers who will share their stories and perspectives on what it takes to be successful in today’s business climate, and will address topics like using your intuition to make decisions, having a healthy lifestyle despite competing demands, finding happiness and meaning in your work, gathering strength by confronting your fears, and how to do more with less.

"We are seeing huge numbers of Generations X and Y starting businesses, because of the lack of opportunity for advancement in the workplace,” said Jennifer Maggiore, founder of Always This Good. "Boomers have been forced to work longer, and have experienced a significant decrease in their net worth, to boot much of corporate America has lost the safety and security that once gave it the upper advantage. Always This Good was created to support today’s entrepreneur in navigating the choices, decisions and obstacles that lie ahead.”

The conference is designed for both established and aspiring entrepreneurs looking for fulfillment and balance in the entrepreneurial lifestyle. It will also include breakfast, lunch, and snacks, as well as discounted registration for the Always This Good group mentoring session in Fall 2013. Discounted early bird tickets are available through August 17 for $169 per person. After August 17, ticket costs are $199 per person. For registration and details, visit
