ARIZONA SMALL BUSINESS ASSOCIATION JOINS FORCES WITH BNI ARIZONA TO SHARE RESOURCES AND HELP ARIZONA BUSINESSES GROW

PHOENIX, AZ(Monday, March 26, 2010) - Arizona Small Business Association (asba) has joined forces with BNI (Business Network International) – the world’s largest business networking organization - in a strategic partnership that will expand asba’s benefit offerings and resources to their members.

"Our partnership with BNI Arizona will provide asba members with a tremendous resource that will help them accelerate and optimize their referral efforts,” said Donna Davis, asba CEO. "BNI is the best referral networking organization in the state and we look forward to this relationship as we assist our 4500+ members in increasing their sales, exposure and outreach”.

Through the strategic partnership between asba and BNI Arizona, members of both organizations will be able to access unique, valuable ‘member’s only’ benefits, such as access to asba’s guaranteed issue, guaranteed-acceptance group health insurance plan and special cost-saving workers’ compensation insurance program through SCF, and opportunities to participate in BNI referral groups, regional events and more.

"We could not be more excited about formalizing a strategic partnership with asba and its members! Together we are going to further enhance the value of networking, especially for small businesses, throughout the great State of Arizona”, stated Nathan Dominguez, Executive Director, BNI Arizona.

BNI Arizona operates chapters in all major population centers in Phoenix, Tucson, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Prescott, Glendale, Surprise and Tempe. In 2009, BNI’s 122,000+ members, located in more than 40 countries, passed over 6.2 million referrals resulting in more than $2.6 billion (USD) worth of business to one another.

Through this partnership, both organizations will continue to expand their outreach efforts to a broad cross-section of our state’s small-business professionals, presenting a unique opportunity to share resources that can help their businesses grow and flourish.
