Arizona Small Business Association Starts the New Year by Partnering with the International Coach Federation

PHOENIX/TUCSON, AZ (January 10, 2011) --- The Arizona Small Business Association (asba) and the Arizona Chapters of the International Coach Federation (ICF) have entered into an exclusive strategic partnership to provide professional, certified coaching to asba’s approximate 5,000 members. This newest program is just one of many benefits asba offers to its statewide membership base.

"Arizona coaches have a history of extraordinary leadership in our local, as well as, our global community,” says Ed Modell, PCC, President, International Coach Federation (ICF). "ICF is focused on this strategic partnership with great interest, and anticipates the process being developed in Arizona to serve as a template that could be used in locations worldwide.”

The "asba Coaching Cadre” is a group of credentialed, experienced, and highly trained set of coaches with a passion to inspire greatness and transformation. This unique coaching opportunity provides asba member’s with the skills necessary to make a real change in their work life among other things. Participating will empower business owners to increase personal effectiveness, reduce workplace stress and improve professional communication and leadership skills.
