ASBA Member Mary Schnack Honored for Advocacy on Behalf of Women Business Owners

Recipient of the 2011 WIPP President’s Award


Mary SchnackPhoenix, AZ (October 4, 2011) -- Communications specialist and activist for small business owners, Mary Schnack, has been chosen as a recipient of the 2011 Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) President’s Award. Schnack will be honored at the WIPP Annual Leadership Conference during an awards reception at the Sewell-Belmont House and Museum in Washington, DC from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2011.

Schnack was chosen for the award for her dedication, devotion and achievements as a business owner as well as her leadership within the WIPP organization. "Mary is a­ role model for all of our members, excelling in business, advocacy involvement, generosity of spirit, and setting an example for all to emulate,” said Barbara Kasoff, President and CEO of WIPP.
