S.C.O.R.E. - Counselors to America's Small Businesses
Retired volunteer business counselors provide training and counseling. SCORE provides Loan Clinics and workshops on Starting and Operating A Small Business, Small Business Tax and Pre-Business Planning.  Visit their Small Business Toolbox Online Interactive Workshops,  Inventors Toolbox, and Business Articles to help you realize your dream of starting and operating a small business. 

Small Business Development Center
The SBDCs provide one-on-one free confidential counseling and programs for growing businesses. The SBDC is a partnership between the community colleges and the Small Business Administration.

Internal Revenue Service - IRS Tax Center
Know what you're looking for and want to find it fast?  Visit the IRS small business and self-employed one-stop resource!  Select business topics using the A-Z listing, or by business type such as sole proprietor, corporation, etc.  Find links to major business subjects, such as Business Expenses, which provides a gateway to all related information on that subject.  

ASU Spirit of Enterprise Center 
The Center is dedicated to students and members of the community who aspire to leadership in small and growth business. Benefit accrues to the community in helping to develop relevant curriculum; learning from seminars and programs; benefiting from reality-focused research and case studies; and ensuring a quality workforce.

Self Employment Loan Fund
If you're starting a small business, this organization provides training, technical assistance and business loans. A business plan is required. No credit check or collateral is required. The program specializes in low-income people, women and minorities, but all are welcome.

Chicanos Por La Causa

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) is a statewide community development corporation (CDC), committed to building stronger, healthier communities as a lead advocate, coalition builder and direct service provider. Prestamos provides economic opportunities for small and emerging small businesses in Arizona, by providing loans along with technical assistance.

Arizona Technology Council
In an effort to become more resourceful in the technological arena, ASBA will continue to strategically align with Arizona Technology Council, another statewide organization. AZ Tech Council’s mission is to support our members and unify partners to grow Arizona’s economy with technology and innovation at the core. They drive partnerships, policies and programs that advance the business climate for Arizona’s technology community.

Beginning in September the AZ Tech Council is extending a reduced annual membership fee for $250 to ASBA members who join in the next six months. Visit their website for more information on the featured events and details about the Arizona Technology Council.

Arizona Steps Up
Arizona Steps Up is the Governor's Equity in State Contracting Initiative's directory of certified minority-owned, women-owned, and small businesses. The web site offers a feature which will allow you to search a business specialty in the box below and then press the "Search" button. The system will allow you to search a business specialty and show you a list of all the certified business entities in the State that match your criteria. You can then narrow down the search, or look at details of each one.
