Horizon Community Bank Promotes Scott Dickman to Market President

Top Ten SBA Lender Horizon Community Bank has promoted Senior Commercial Banking Manager Scott Dickman to Market President of Greater Maricopa County. Added to the team just this pastSeptember, the unusually rapid promotion underscores Dickman’s impressive results thus far and bank confidence in his leadership abilities.

“Scott Dickman has done an amazing job, bringing in more than double the new business expected and proving his strong leadership skills,” spoke President/CEO Gerald Ernst. “We’re proud to promote him to this critical role at the bank, and excited about the skills and ideas he’ll bring.”

In his new role, Dickman will oversee all aspects of bank operations in Maricopa County, including leadership of 14 employees, guidance of the bank’s deposits, lending programs and other programs responsible for the bank’s profitability and day-to-day operations.

Dickman plans to continue growing the bank’s footprint in the Valley by attracting new clients and building on its tradition of flexible, custom small business loans.

Levrose Sells Single-Tenant Urgent Care Building for $1.1 M

SCOTTSDALE, August 17, 2015 - Levrose Commercial Real Estate recently completed the sale of a 2,570 square foot commercial building at 835 W. University Drive, Mesa, AZ for $1,100,000. The property has a long-term, triple net lease with FastMed Urgent Care.

A private California investor purchased the property from Hy Investments, LLC. Jonathan Rosenberg and Keri Davies of Levrose Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was represented by Kathleen Morgan and David Guido of NGKF.

The freestanding urgent care building is located on ±0.40 acres of land at the southwest corner of University Drive and Extension Road. The property was built in 2004.
