Ashley LaRae Sampson began her professional career as an Image Consultant for superstars such as Jay-Z, Kanye West, Keyshia Cole and The Dream and personal styling for athletes and professional businesspersons. After transitioning into creative branding and conscious consulting, Ashley also spent 3 years as the Director of Community Relations for The Art Institute of Phoenix before launching MIND STYLE SOUL: a transformative studio focused on branding, image and mindfulness in Tempe, AZ.


Nathan Folmar, Regional Partner Manager, Infusionsoft


Nathan found Infusionsoft while helping another startup get off the ground, and was so inspired by the mission to help small businesses succeed that he joined the company in February 2014. Not only was he Top Producer, Nathan became an expert in Lifecycle Marketing and was instrumental in the creation, development and deployment of the Small Business Success Method. Nathan’s native genius is in helping small businesses create scalable and repeatable processes by learning to be great at the fundamentals (it worked for Michael Jordan). Nathan is also a US Army vet and is the very proud parent of two.


Todd Vigil, Chief Marketing Officer, Phoenix Symphony


Todd Vigil is the CMO for The Phoenix Symphony. He oversees $7 million dollars in ticket sales and earned revenue for Arizona’s largest performing arts organization. Todd has led the shift in strategy and significant investment in digital marketing, database utilization, and dynamic pricing to maximize sales and marketing initiatives.


Blanca Esparza-Pap, Director of Marketing, Arizona's Family


Blanca Esparza Pap is the Marketing Director for Arizona’s Family. In this role, she manages the short and long-term marketing strategy for 3TV, CBS 5 and Esparza Pap is charged with looking for new innovative ways to promote the station’s products on-air, online, on social and in off-air advertising as well as creating and utilizing key partnerships to drive the brand.


Jenny Poon, CEO & Founder, CO+HOOTS


Jenny Poon is the CEO and founder of CO+HOOTS Coworking.Ranked #4 coworking space in the nation by, CO+HOOTS

currently houses 280+ scaling entrepreneurs and small businessesand has been an integral role in creating hundreds of jobs locally.

She speaks regularly on the innovation economy and works with local government to build vibrant and equitable cities. 


Bill Backus, Principal CBO, Backus Agency


Bill started his career at 17 with Bromely Communications in San Antonio; working on accounts such as Folger's Coffee, Delta Airlines and Coors Light. He's since has collaborated on various brand projects with DreamWorks SKG, Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures, as well as rebranding ASBA back in 2007.
