SWAE was chartered in 1990 as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. SWAE is one of 29 state and regional Baldrige Alliance organizations serving all 50 US States. SWAE is dedicated to the pursuit of performance excellence across all sectors and communities in AZ, NV, and UT that seek transformational results and meaningful societal contributions. SWAE administers state Performance Excellence Awards via the Baldrige Framework & Criteria. This chat will share the SWAE Performance Excellence Program “Steps to Excellence” and discuss the importance of documenting your Organizational Profile and performing self-assessments to begin your excellence journey.
