As summer approaches and temperatures rise, it's important to stay hydrated and avoid heat exhaustion.

Here are a few tips to help you stay hydrated this summer:

5.  Drink at least 8, 8 oz cups of water a day
4.  Add fruit juice to your water for extra flavor
3.  Keep a bottle of water handy
2.  Drink fresh fruit and vegetable juice
1.  Don't wait until you feel thirsty to start hydrating

If for some reason you find yourself dehydrated or suffering from heat exhaustion, request an eVisit today to receive treatment from our Stat Doctors' board certified ER physicians.
